I think the term can be fairly vague. especially nowadays with "narratives", art, etc all being pretty integrated into game design. Anyone positively in the design process I think I would consider. art design, narrative design, included. like, if I was a work for hire, artist doing...

But seriously, I didn't like the combat system in the demo when I tried it much. enemies do hit hard. there is a block/parry system, which not really worth engaging with as far as I could tell in the early game. better to just attack fast to stun lock, then runaway and regen energy to engage...
