This movie gets slept on, even I skipped it in the theaters and wish I hadn't. It is awesome and horrifying.

You should check out Wind River and Hell or High water. They are from the same writer. Wind River has the same building feeling of dread but is a slower movie. Hell or Highwater is a masterpiece.
