The problem with setting mudflation to infinity is that you reach levels of mudflation like WoW did where you start to run out of impactful upgrades. Going from 100 dps to 125 dps feels AWESOME. Going from 10,000 dps to 12,500 dps feels disappointing.

The spell upgrade system sounds awesome. However, reverting the weapon changes is a mistake. Allowing weapons to be increased in power by 100% means by the time we are in PoP, we will be doing WoW Retail levels of dps with raid mobs having millions of hp.

All raid instances with bosses have a 7-day lockout timer (resetting on Tuesdays with "maintenance"). The various difficulty settings (D0 - D4) have their own lockout timers. So you can potentially kill Naggy 5 times a week if you can kill him on all 5 difficulty settings.

Regardless of how it reads, that's how it works.
