Its not a limitation of the game engine, the lead dev MonEll or whatever is very clearly an arrogant prick. I started looking back through the notes and updates on the discord and that guy sucks. Don't think I'll be playing this after all

Is it insignificant? Its 10% faster for every subsequent character up to the cap which this game incentivizes doing. Its a lot of saved time in the long run
