I think the back to back failure of Warhammer and SWOTOR made a lot of publishers weary of investing in MMO's. On top of that you have most games becoming service/seasonal to where they make just as much as an MMO would. Future is bleak for sure.

You can put a bunch of the abilities in macros in whatever order you want. You can condense down the 30 or so abilities into 5-8 macros.

There's a new TLE server called "Origins" that is based on the 2006 version of the game. I didn't play during that time, so I'm not exactly sure how much it will be different than a regular TLE. Did anyone actually play back then? Will this server be worth subbing for?

That is the first video where the animations actually have some weight behind them. The sword hits in particular are good and feel visceral. That has been my main criticism up until this point.

Watching that gameplay vid... Jesus Christ. M&M and VG Emu are really the only classic pve mmos that will be worth playing.
