If I want to build my own NAS (using TrueNas), is there a case similar to the Synology 423+ that lets me install my own motherboard/CPU, memory, etc.?

I got it working... but this Drobo 5N is not built for transcoding and streaming off-site. Looks like I need to move on to a Synology or build my own media server.

I pay the $100 per year for the Proton Unlimited (24-month) plan. Email, VPN, 500 GB Online storage, etc. Been using their eco system for a while now and never had any issues.

PLEX question: Is there a way to force Plex to ONLY use my local NFO and Image files? I don't want it to scrape shit. Nothing. Nada. I use Tiny Media Manager to setup my folder structures exactly how I like them, and I don't want my stuff getting over-written.
