I hit the same wall. I did everything except d4 Cazic, got the SK sky sword, realized I had no real reason to keep farming gear/motes, and had little desire to repeat it all over on different classes. So I am done for now. It was a fun three weeks but the game is too easy and the endgame is lacking.

I got 21% from one kill in xp bonus Mistmoore yesterday. Was level 30 something pulling inside the castle. Before that I think the highest I saw from one kill was 13-14%. I didnt know it was possible to get 20%+ anywhere ever. Loot bonus is pretty sweet. I got 2 hiero cloaks from one iksar...

50 is fine for trash clears. Me and a buddy weren't raiding on Mischief when it first launched and did PoH DZ trash clears once a week for a while. I think we had 6 though. War/enc/2clr/mag/shm. No shm or enc slow could be annoying. Never played a bard so not sure how good their slow is. The...

This live rate xp makes it feel like you're getting a fat RH bonus even when there isn't one. In Sol A I got 13.6% off a red with a 25% pot going. Just went from 20 to 28 at the bartender camp in less than 2 hours. And that was just with my enc/clr, an SK, and his lvl 40 shm buffing/healing. Our...

There isn't really a guise camp w/ random loot if it still operates like Mischief. I got one inside the MM castle on Mischief. Just need to hunt classic rares around lvl 35. MM, Sol A, etc. With free trade + random loot enabled, you will probably end up buying them.

Looks like Daybreak snuck in ultrawide support btw. True 21:9 looks normal now. Before it was just a stretched out 16:9.

They raised the server pop limit a few years ago (when Teek launched IIRC). I think Teek peaked at over 6k. I can't remember how long the queue lasted on Teek, but I don't think it was very long. Aradune is the last server I remember having miserably long queues. Back then the server cap was...

enc gets an AOE stun at lvl 8 but I only made it to 7 so didn't get a chance to mess with it. Charming in the early levels is pretty tedious and frustrating at times. Constant early charm breaks are obnoxious. Pets don't hold aggro for shit. Blade Turn at lvl 4 helps as it absorbs 3 melee...

It would be cool if they offered a one time race change option when a new race gets added. I imagine there will be quite a few loyal launch players who would pick troll if they could.

They have billions of people who know literally everything to maintain it.

The "Vicious Cycle" didn't even take two months this time!

I can't think of anything. Makes no sense to me to stay level locked at 51 for two months. It's like they divided 50, 51 and 55 into evenly spaced two-month periods.

No, I'm Reyna. Was Tairy on Mangler. I do have a lvl 13 Tairy alt on Fangbreaker.

Yea the rapiers. The only people I put on ignore are goobs who constantly spam. So my list is basically Teek PLers and Brianthemage. A month or so out from a new TLP, those retards would start the recruiting macro spam literally once every minute in the current TLP's gen chat channels. I think...

Being spread out at low levels is an issue on every new server. The world is bigger but you also have the nexus portals. And personas to hack travel if you want to spend the extra $20. If you think extra travel time isn't worth it for 300% xp bonuses, you aren't gonna enjoy this server. At...

You are way out of touch if you think gen chat is a good barometer for guild recruiting. Only failed family guilds and that dumbfuck rapers guild use in game chat to recruit. When did you last play? There are a handful of real guilds recruiting in the discord. I havent hit 50 yet and see tons...

How about one? Post one video of your own exposing the mass botting conspiracy you don't care about but also incessantly post about on every TLP thread. Start a channel. A revolution. Bring down the whole corporation, maaan. Or are you worried EG7 will send Russian assassins to your house?

FYI this bug got confirmed. Bonuses don't work in picks spawned when bonuses weren't active. I got fucked by this in Gfay a few nights ago.

Really it's better than changing up the ZEM's because they'd never give out a permanent 300% ZEM, and it takes something that outrageous to smoke us out of the usual spots. The rotating outrageous XP bonuses is an unbelievably fun ruleset change. I haven't felt like getting into a new TLP since...

I made two high elves and like 10min later gfay gets an xp bonus. Wewt.

I still randomly remember my first trip to an aviak fort group in '99. A cleric friend invited me out there. Something about the long trek out there, the weird unique bird men, the cool design of this fort out in the middle of a massive zone. One of those "this game is something special" moments.

B Ouch. Guess we saw this coming, though. Combination of general tlp fatigue, an underwhelming ruleset, plus all the other options out there for the TLP crowd - Teek, other TLPs still doing decent numbers, emus, the "EQlikes" Pantheon in EA , MnM and AoA on the horizon... Compare that to even...

Partly bc 50% pots are also available right? Which will stack with zone bonuses.

Well, Luclin is unlocked. So mounts are available. There has never been a min lvl req for mounts.

Probly coulda saved that 800 dbc reserving names. Doesnt look like they'd have been in danger of being stolen lol

A ban wave went out right before tlp launch last year, too. Maybe the last couple years.

Rizlona, yes. Thornblade was identical to Mischief (no limit Truebox).

And if you don't find a safe camp spot, adds are insane and you will be running for your life in no time.

So I'm not the only one bewildered by the last few posts. People cheat because it gives them an advantage. "DPG should add built-in automation and make their MMO a single player game" would kill the game faster than adding forced PVP to every server. lmao. Neither the cheaters nor the normies...

Wait, what? So casters are back to being useless for months? I don't understand the point of reversing that change. edit: nvm. Didn't know there was some new resist system being tinkered with. Found this dev post explaining it. Sort of. I am still a bit confused. dev forum post

Yes! I remember you. I joined toward the end of Velious as Mithrax (SK) then switched to a wizard at Luclin launch. I think that char was named Baratu. I travelled for like 5 months starting in Nov. '21, so I stopped raiding during GoD and went on an EQ hiatus. Moved to Mischief when I came...

I spent time in both Goburs's and Grok's guilds on Aradune. Goburs & RI seem like an odd fit. I didnt join until close to Luclin launch but we were mostly a DZ guild. Good group of people. I first joined MoM blindly on Aradune. Grok can be a lot of fun to play with (if you have a thick skin)...

I will be curious to see how well 2-box is enforced, and if it helps or hurts the population. It appeals to a certain crowd. I would be more likely to play if it at least curtails the obnoxious early PL'ing that I saw on Teek. I was surprised at how brazen and invasive these turds had become...

How many luclin raids allow the opportunity to bring a charmed pet to the fight? I thought that started to get phased out in Luclin. But I've only truly raided Luclin once on Aradune and it's been a few years. Enc can only charm up to lvl 53 until PoP. VT doesn't have any charmable mobs IIRC...

For one, Aradune technically had a two box limit. So he was more obviously breaking a rule. Secondly, that's like saying, "if you're gonna go 5 mph over the speed limit, might as well go 50 over." Why would I use a program that definitely gets targeted in ban waves over one that is tacitly...

I used ISBoxer on Mischief for a few months. Never caught any vacations. I didn't use it that long, though. My guild finally died during VoA and I stopped playing. You won't get any straightforward answers about how it's treated. All I can say is I never got in trouble, and the few people I...

Yeah I've switched to a DS Edge on PC for CoD. Omni movement is just better and the rotational AA is retarded, esp in CQC. Autosprint is also kinda OP on controller. Questionable option, but it's nice not having to constantly mash the left stick. I haven't played D2 pvp in years but last I...

I would like to see something pretty radical. Like a big class balance pass that shakes up the meta and brings up some weaker classes. Scaleable raids or something along those lines, so you could raid with like 18-24 ppl. I'd probably have better luck searching for the actual holy grail.

Saw a tweak to Vaniki spell resists in the patch notes, wonder if that's a signal of new TLP tweaks.
