I love DS3 but after some thought. DS1 firelink shrine is a masterpiece, compared to the garbage that is DS3 and Demons Souls. Main hubs should never be designed with such verticality while using stairs the way they do.

Compared to one, DD2 world is huge but NPCs are far less interesting, it also has way more enemies so instead of roaming around it is fight to fight to fight making the world less interesting as well. I am about to try a solo run because if they take control of my character to force a high five...
