Premise is you are a Streamer trying to make it big. I haven't tried many games like this, but the MMOG you stream is fully implemented, and you actually play it. The combat is like an auto-battler. Demo up on Steam:

They should have made 1 DLC with a level cap of 20 similar to Baldur's Gate 2 Throne of Bhaal. Super high level, post story, OP, uber build combat. Basically like Pathfinder WOTR insane power trip combat. THEN ... this would be the best RPG of all time.

Definitely. They fixed mostly everything. I'm pretty casual and hit 100 in the first 2 weeks, doing Nightmare Dungeons 80+, maxed my relevant Paragon Glyphs pretty easy, farming Ubers, etc. If you are coop-ing with friends its even better. :emoji_thumbsup:

I'm at level 95 now chaining 70-75 Nightmare dungeons with 3 Shout Dust Devil build. Just Poke, Charge, WW, and 3 Shout. With the Aspect that fires Dust Devils on Shout, the shouts are as good or better than an Ultimate. The aspect that creates a phalanx when you Charge is excellent as well.

Barbarian Thorns build solos all Level 200 Uber Boss:

Barb build. EZ mode farming with this. There's also an OP Bash build that is better single target DPS.

Barb very gear dependent. My Barb is 85 with all level 925 gear, gems, enchants, etc, on all slots. Steamrolling level 50-60 Nightmare dungeons easily with Whirldwind build. Also Helltides with the +10 brain modifier have been trivial solo since level 70.

Haven't done any D4 since release. Glad I came back for this. Many good fixes. :emoji_thumbsup:

IIRC Throne of Bhaal was a whole separate act with higher level cap. You could never "go back" to the main game. For BG3 could just cap level in the main game and allow progression in the new act. Not hard to solve. :emoji_thumbsup:

Sucks Larian is done with this. An epic expansion with a level 20 cap like BG2's Throne of Bhaal would solidify it as best RPG ever.

Something about the direction of every fight scene is irksome. They are all just drawn out and everyone is just inept. Low stakes, no tension.

You can queue solo with randoms, but I wouldn't go above Challenging or the XP won't be worth the time.

Similar to Wonder Woman, the first one was decent but WTF happened with 2? They fucked just about everything up - writing, plot, direction, and some real bad CG. Shamu saves the day. This is like an episode of the Superfriends cartoon. 😅
