    Everquest II

Where are most of the ReRolled people hanging these days? PvE? PvP?

    Pen & Paper/Traditional RPGs

I've found 5th edition to be a breath of fresh air since playing 3.PF mostly. They've trimmed enough off to streamline it but left enough there to keep it crunchy.

Hatorade, did you get Fantasy Grounds to work the way you wanted? Have you used it before?

    Pen & Paper/Traditional RPGs

People showing up on time and / or flaking out has been the bane of my online roleplaying existence for 3 years now. I still have a regular license to Fantasy Grounds and I pay to support the Roll20 guys. If you put something together at a decent time, count me in!

    Pen & Paper/Traditional RPGs

Sounds interesting. Do you have the ultimate version or just the regular license?

    Dungeon Defenders

I too have recently started playing this and boy it's addicting. The hacked open play is cool, but gets old. I think I'll try the ranked online. Eternity seems like a rehash of just the first version but online only. Not quite sure what to make of it.

Wildstar Launch Thread - Server: Stormtalon | Faction: Dominion

So do you any of you fine gentlemen have one of those 7 day trials to offer? I'd love to try the game but at $60, it needs to be good

    Pan'Theon: Rise' of th'e Fal'Len - #1 Thread in MMO

This whole project and resultant threads has been more entertaining to follow than anything on the KS. However I'm left with a lingering question still ... Will Brad ever go back out to community websites (like this or others) in an attempt to muster more interest or is his role as...

    Banished

Picked it up based upon the Steam reviews and have to say it's money very well spent. Slow paced but complex enough that you don't notice. It's also impressive that this was all done by one person. Does anyone know what engine or system he used to make this? It's kind of inspiring.

    World of Warcraft: Current Year

I would agree that beating Garrosh using LFR is winning on super easy mode and is not truly beating the game, but for a filthy casual like myself I'll have to say "Good enough!" I get to see the boss, some of the cut scenes, and experience some of the fun of running through a dungeon with some...

    28mm Miniature Tabletop Wargaming Thread

GW sucks because right now they have that game that gives you the feel of a big battle but all the hoops you have to jump through to get into it is ridiculous. I crapped out with GW around 3rd Edition 40k and haven't been able to get myself to go back into it. My nail-in-the-coffin was the price...

Hormachines combines the strategy of chess with the combo's of Magic The Gathering. Being someone that sucks at both of those games, I tend to lose a lot but still have fun in the process. 9 out of 10 games come down to the wire in the last round so they are always exciting. Can be a cheap...

    28mm Miniature Tabletop Wargaming Thread

Anyone going to Adepticon this year? If you never heard of it, it's a larger gaming convention with only games. Brings in round-about 1000~1250 people however the number grows every year. Located close to Chicago (Lombard, Illinois to be exact) and as long as you're not playing anything, free...

    Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition

Loving BG2:EE as well. Given how old the game is and the isometric style, how long before the indie developers consider it cool enough to start making games like that again?

Falling out of love with gaming

For cracked, it's a decent article. Not sure about the budget argument. I get why the budgets are big but not why they can't try and scale back.
