I have an uncle that used to do a lot of goose hunting. He made goose jerky which I found to be terrible. I think now he just feeds it to his dogs. I think @lurkingdirk likes to cook them for Christmas.

I've had pastrami made from goose breast. It wasn't bad but not as good as beef. Probably one of the better things you can do with goose though.

Yeah exactly. I don't think it actually still has the smell because my garden hoses are direct from the well and I don't smell anything from them but it definitely did back then.
