The way to eat a Popeye's biscuit is to split them immediately and put butter and honey on them and then eat the rest of your lunch. By the time you're done the butter and honey will have totally soaked into the biscuit and made them into an excellent dessert.

I hate the wooden snap traps. They are so sensitive it's hard to get them set without setting them off and it gives me too much anxiety that they are going to get my fingers. The plastic ones are much easier and less dangerous to use.

Speaking of pizza rolls, I made some homemade pizza rolls a while back that weren't very good, but in the process I wound up looking at the ingredient list for Totino's pizza rolls. It's pretty impressive... Interesting that it has both real and fake mozzarella cheese in it.

I've been having similar thoughts. I do all my question asking to AI instead of Google these days which seems like a good way to get indoctrinated. On the other hand, I like it much better.

Mass produced Chinese flashlights are really fucking good now. I don't think there's much point in spending a lot of money on them. I think the lumen ratings are kind of bullshit, but if it says some outrageous number on it, you can probably rest assured that it's going to be almost shockingly...

That must have been one tiny mouse. Best option if you can do it. When I was a kid all of the barn cats died of some sort of disease and the place was overrun with mice which is what led to me and my brother and our dog getting the mouse eradication job for a while.

As someone who spent part of their boyhood killing mice in not necessarily humane ways, they're pretty easy to kill. CO2 seems overly elaborate and expensive. Probably just giving the bucket a nice violent shake would do it. You can also just put on gloves and give them a smack or a squeeze...

You can put anything in quiche but mushrooms are the obvious one after cheese and bacon. I like asparagus but that might be too much like broccoli for you.

The bucket will still work without water in it, you just have to be willing to dispatch them yourself or let them die of thirst.
