Just finished Act 2 with all 14 classes (if you include Collar-less as a class) and got their unlocks. Now for Act 3. Haven't tried Hard Mode yet, but it seems the only unlocks come when you beat all 4 zones, and you can get the rewards for all difficulties if you just beat the highest one...

The duality of roguelites: I fail a run embarrassingly, getting wiped on the first Hard battle in the Alley. Run after that, I beat the secret boss of Act 1 at full health, which apparently unlocks class specific armor. Mind blown yet again by the amount of content hidden in this game.
