Obviously the problem is that charm pet tanks are too powerful and pullers arent powerful enough. Whats the lazy way to fix this and force the healer back into their "sit med and only heal or buff" position? Nerf their toolkit instead of nerfing/fixing the other, bigger, problems. (Clue: Monk...

Not that hard to do in a game like this. Especially with some of the classes. As it was easy with EQ too. I'm just surprised you would do it in Alpha. Where your shit is going to be wiped anyways, AND you'll lose access. Dumb

Whoever said it earlier - game needs a hell of an expansion. Game is by far one of the more shallow versions. Still interesting from a casual perspective, but ultimately predictable content.

Why in the world would you release a game, and within 24 hours, have a 1.9gig patch for it already... The 3 hour downtime after the servers went down (someone said 7 times) was to be expected though. A peak of ~26k players doesnt seem like it went very far with word of mouth or marketing, also.

K. Was fun while it lasted. The servers crashing every 10-15 mins now. Maybe itll be better tomorrow.

For that many people, and as few servers as there are - whatever they have worked out on the back end is working pretty fantastic.

Listening to the nerfs to the Lull line, and the healing on Druids and Shamans... I cant help but look at the changes and think that they need to revisit the classes that are most affected by these changes before the nerfs go live. I could give a laundry list of a rant about Druid Spells. But...

I still feel lukewarm 80% of the content they could do doesnt have to be some lomg thought out grandiose shit. Even i can boot up unity or whatever theyre using and just make purple orcs in a camp somewhere at the appropriate level and itemize them.

Surprised? No. I think they were talking about a character wipe all the way back at Steam Launch. I just think its ass backwards to release on Steam first. Then do a character wipe a year later. If I was a studio head, I wouldnt have released on Steam until I felt like my game was in a state...

We've also seen that it took someone roughly 6 hours to hit level 20 when being power leveled. I think the biggest thing you and I have encountered as we've leveled, is (and this isnt necessarily directed specifically at you Heko): 1. Our gear as a noob sucks. So its our normal inclination...

Someone in the guild, Dryads, is turning the entire town into Wolves. So the Well's yard, the Bar, the Court yard, the Bank yard, all have tons of Wolves.
