That's exactly what I was talking about. Everything always leaves out the earth and moon hurtling around the sun part. Which makes the entire prospect insane to me. Thanks for that.

That's kind of what I was also wondering about. I've got to say, if I were an astronaut that's putting an awful lot of faith in the math of the guys who plan the mission. Miss the moon's orbit and off into space you go.

Anyone got a good link to an explanation of how all of these moon missions actually work? I was really thinking about it differently today, and I was thinking I always see little graphics of it where it's on 2 or 3 planes, and essentially we just shoot a space ship towards the moon, do a loop...

That was us. Retired basically November 1st in 2021. Think we took a 20-25% haircut just 3 months into it. We've recovered and then some, obviously.

Didn't know they only planned on three seasons. That gives me a little hope this doesn't just become a "reset the world every season" gimmick. Maybe they've got something planned that isn't completely retarded.

What are you listening to at the moment?

Can't remember if I posted a while ago stumbling upon Yes's "Close to the Edge" and it blew my fucking mind. Was never really a prog guy, but finally got around to listening to King Crimson and absolutely loving it. I've been really into how much these songs are a journey and tell an actual story.

Yeah, feels like the show could've just been a self contained "end of the world apocalypse scenario" but instead they decided to go after a LOST type "anything is possible" show. Anyway, I hate shows with lazy writing. Some examples from the finale are, how prior to doing the lockdown, they...

Really surprised they don't have some aircraft flying around with a professional recording it. I mean, I would've assumed airspace that close would be closed, but since it's not, why not capture something awesome officially?

The real telling part will be if somehow the stuff that worked in the 60's (radio communication, video that you could make out things in, etc) just doesn't seem to function on this one.

Wasn't Hermione a mudblood? Sounds right, I concede this casting point.

Surprised no mention of Artemis II in here. We thinking this thing will actually work?

Yeah, same here. Doesn't help that I bought two 30-40 hour games just before this came out (Planet Crafter and Necesse). Will probably finish those before I touch this one. It also doesn't help that it seems like Pearl Abyss is doing massive qol patches every time, which makes me just want to...

Yeah, doorknobs get expensive when you have to do an entire house. Same with things like outlets. When we were getting ready to sell our last house I went and replaced all the knobs (I actually think I did this a few years before we decided to sell), and it was a few hundred bucks. The outlets...
