Question about tradeskills especially weapons: do they also combine/stack? Can I smith a finesteel javelin and stack them and have a +8 one?

Cash shop seems okay, the AAX potion is a bit sketchy but 5 AAX are like 30 mins of farming (so far) not that much of a benefit for that price. Bags and race/class/deity tokens are fair, too. 5 months of classic is also okay. If you want to level several classes to 50, farm gear, unlock races...
