Somewhere, at some point, Brad mentioned that their environment is rocking at max settings on his semi-current rig. At the same time it was stated that every so often they revisit to ensure the current build is staying within their range of optimization.

Just to reiterate, the current assets they're using are not found in the Unity Asset store. Look at something like Saga of Lucimia, that garbage is Unity Asset store. These are custom models made from Pantheons concept art, which I imagine are then created by John Diasparra or his team.
