I use a work computer for work lol. You can use that kind of stuff in browsers if you really had to, but I draw a pretty lard line between my computer and my work computer.

You're not reading what I'm saying. That exists right now. It's called Bazzite. You never see a single terminal from install > playing a Steam game. SteamOS is not some revolution in Linux gaming. It's what is already available with a Valve skin on it.

Lol yea but so is Bazzite is kinda my point. SteamOS itself is already 'available' , just not with the specific Steam branding, so just don't expect it's full release to really change anything re: Linux gaming.

Lot of people hyping up SteamOS here to be something it's not. You can use 100% of what SteamOS does right now just by installing Arch Linux and using the same Wayland compositor they use for the Big Picture mode or whatever it's called these days. Under the hood it's like 95% just Arch Linux...

Yea combo was fucked initially but after the hotfix it seems to work as expected now. I'm not even at maps yet though so maybe it breaks again later

I haven't gotten far enough in to endgame yet to know if you can fit in bell usage still. I'm hopeful you you still can, cause their combo cost is relatively low, and with generating 2 comber per hit for every attack you should have a truly gigantic amount of incoming combo

I wonder how far in to the logistics procurement phase they were with the steam machines. Given the current hardware market I expect they will just cancel the entire thing unless they already have warehouses full of hundreds of thousands of the things.
