As a reminder: this is a one-dev game. There are a few more working on graphics and animations, but don't expect fast progress, even with Hooded Horse behind it now.

Isn't that a common thing in mobile RPGs, though? TL was initially designed as mobile gacha, if I remember right, and that's a common theme there: collect characters, switch between your "team" as needs must.

That's his real (and only) job. He's a lecturer for lay audiences, and that's it. Not an expert, not a scientist (except in the technical sense), just a popularizer.
