Rubbish - I played CP2077 on release with a 3080 and it was butter smooth. It has improved drastically since, but it was playable. I'm on a 4090 now and cannot achieve above 30 fps without the game turning into a PS4 game graphically.

Yeah it's its not like the models even look nice anyways - they like like Sims characters from an Ipad game. Odd decisions all around.

The problem is that 45 fps with those shadows gets infinitely worse as the population starts ramping up. Still pissy with how this launched, but the Alan Wake reviews are easing my annoyance a bit.

Was able to get Jingliu, and it's amazing how much better she is as a hypercarry vs Kafka or Seele (even when not kitted out particularly well). Her, Pela, Bronya and Fu Xuan and nothing is really troublesome anymore. I have a bunch of good dps chars but Jingliu is superior to them all atm...

Yeah from what I've seen/read, the SP2 story is packed with over the top cinematic set pieces, etc. One reviewer I follow described it as the best interactive superhero product ever, if you enjoy bombastic super hero stuff. Sounds great to me!
