That is an interesting flex of a remaster... As I understand it there was a LOT of art and assets completed for the MMO that they could use for this if they have access to the whole property.

They are putting out a Marvel version of Villainous BoardGameGeek I thought Villainous was entertaining enough and maybe a Marvel version will entice people who were gunshy of Disney IP.

It is very cool that they filmed this while the original Broadway cast was intact. It makes the content accessible to people who would not otherwise get a chance to experience it. PBS used to do this sort of thing with Great Performances, but not to this extent.
