Kunark really is meh. Item progression just isn't there to make it as enticing as the following expansions. After killing naggy and vox for 3 months getting to kill tal, gore, and sev for basically the same loot table is ZzZzZ.

Vox no longer arms the weapon, so it never procs but it's still in the loot table. It was hotfixed the day after the last patch. They said they should be "fixing" all issues involved with the MW next patch, but I'm guessing that'll be post Kunark release.
