A lot of their boss fights revolve around one-shots. Any fight that revolves around one-shots is terrible design. You rarely see a FromSoft Souls boss have a one-shot.

If you didn't play the first expansion, it's pretty much a no brainer. It's essentially $20 per expansion since you get both with LOH. There is a lot to do at end game now.

You will be able to. I'm running it through Steam on CachyOS right now. Diablo IV actually runs better on Linux than on my Windows install. You just have to add the setup client exe as a non-game Steam game then select force compatibility for Proton. After it installs just add the Battle.net...

I really wish you could just hover over the ground to see an items stats. I think POE has that. It's very useful. I'll guess they put that in the game during expansion 4 since they just put loot filters in the game.

FYI, the F1 race got moved up to 1PM eastern due to the weather in the area at the original start time. It should be a very interesting start of the race at least with Max in the #2 spot and it's still supposed to rain around that time just not as heavy.
