Vaclav, there is the common misconception among daybreak employees that emulator servers run off stolen source code. Secrets can point out some proof of this if you want. This is what RadarX is referring to.

RadarX should stick to just closing the thread per company policy instead of commenting on things he is obviously completely ignorant about. Nothing on EQEmulator is stolen.

The last time this company did that they were hacked and went down for weeks. I guess Columbus Nova didn't get the memo.

I contacted Secrets to see what client they are running so that we could code our DLL to work on both servers. However, they are running the same windows client that was hacked to work on EQMac, and not the Titanium client, so it wouldn't be compatible.

This has actually been our plan for several years and has been stated as such several times on our forums. In order to enact that plan, we have to first get to Velious. Once we've been in Velious long enough, that second server will begin.
