Christopher Nolan Movie to Feature Mark Rylance, Tom Hardy | Variety

Guess we know his next big budget movie now, a movie about the Dunkirk evacuation in France during WW2. Its going to be shot on location with IMAX and 65mm cameras, so expect a big spectacle.

Pretty disappointed, I love Nolan for his crazy ideas about what the future might be. I guess he wants to break that typecast and do something historical.

At first I was like: 'What a terrible misspelling of Dunkerque' and then I realized that's how it's spelled in english...

Anyway, can he do better than Joe Wright in Atonement? Because its Dunkirk *cough* sequence was great.
