So after The Wailing and Train to Busan, I have to hand it to the yellow pals for crushing it with horror adaptions of the usual "zombies and evil" stuff. This was fuckin great.

Did you see "The Sadness"? It's an asian take on the comics The Crossed, basically depraved psycho zombies. Might be up your alley.

Saw that a few months back at a film festival. Very well done, which is no surprise considering how high the bar is for the average south korean blockbuster. Also not a surprise for a korean movie involving the XXth century, it has a war propaganda level of anti-japanese discourse.

Watched it maybe a month or so ago, was a good film. I just really enjoy Korean horror.

The train to Busan sequel was pretty bad though, but the first is still one of my favorite zombie films even during the oversaturated zombie craze.

Watched it last night after seeing the thread pop up and really enjoyed it. I'm with Dr. R in enjoying most of the Korean horror I've seen.
