That Louis ck clip isn't a podcast. It's Opie and Anthony. Jim Norton is the main voice. Anthony Cumia is the other. Oh, and Louie himself. The clip is probably 6-7 years ago now. Christ, I've listened to then so long.

Yeah. I like him, I'll watch it simply because he put it out. We'll see if I watch the whole thing. He's taken a turn. It's been a long slow turn. And it's fine. But he's starting to get sanctimonious. Carlin was ALWAYS self-righteous, but never sanctimonious.

It's a very small subtle thing. It's in the phrasings and the patter and the assumptions behind the delivery.

It's not like I hate the guy or want him to stop talking. It just might have run its course for me.

CK's always been very New York. I think he's just finally gotten too New York for it to be entertaining for me.

We'll see, maybe I'm wrong.

Saw him live in ... 2010/11, forgot. Lasted nearly 3 hours. By far the best comedy I've ever been to. Watched all his stuff, and while I do think his last one was not as good as previous ones, the thing that gets me excited is that he is always "new". Little, if any, repeat material from one special to the next. Though if he goes to talk shows to promote his special, he usually does one or two jokes in each show which are in his specials too.

That does raise concerns considering he did quite a few talk shows leading up to / after election, where he indeed was very one sided. Hopefully this isn't just an hour long special of Trump jokes that have been beaten into the ground from every talk show/SNL and the likes since the election. Then again, his specials so far have rarely featured political content.

Before the election when he was going heavy heavy pro Hillary, his company sent a Residuals check to Anthony Cumia, who quickly donated that to Donald Trump and posted it on Twitter. Louie laughed hard at that, and called up Anthony to compliment him and laugh at his own actions. I can't find the picture though =/

i saw Amy Schumers special last night while playing Destiny, I figured people were overblowing how shitty it is but fuck it is literally 90 minutes of her talking about her vagina with some "guns are bad" retardation thrown in, she also spent the entire time talking about how she has a boyfriend now and how gross they are together. I liked Trainwreck and her TV show but goddamn her special was just abysmally bad, I had to watch Chappelle's again to erase it from memory.

Schumer's show had funny bits (probably because there were several writers), her stand up was always "LOL MY VAGINA", but I think she was her funniest when she interviewed people on her show. Like she was actually pretty funny and witty when talking to people but none of that shit translates into her stand up. It's like female Dane Cook.

Also if Louis is 'too liberal' for you because he said pro Hillary stuff you're retarded and maybe should stick to guys with puppets and fake southern accents.

It was like you could just feel the audience slightly cringe more and more as he kept going on and on with the whole "i'm not gay but lets talk about sucking dick" bit. It had some hilarious moments though, not his best stuff.

Yeah, there were long deadspots... but parts of it really did make me laugh. Some of it was just genuinely funny. And none of it was like "guuuuh". It was just a little bit of dead air was all.

The point is a poignant one, but he seems to drag a lot more than he used to make his point.

But yes, I was cracking up at that one. As well his admittance that life really isn't all that valuable so abortions should be legal as long as there's a dude growing in your pussy.
