I'm torn on this. I actually really liked Morbius back in the 90s, and at one time I thought Leto was ok, but after that Joker/Suicide Squad debacle, I can't look at him without cringing. Still, this trailer looks halfway decent, and I want it to be good.

So, not enough for me to spend money in the theater, but I'll watch it at home eventually.

Bladerunner was good, Jared Leto wasn't. He's still bad at the acting craft. But other crappy, self absorbed, pretentious actors have gotten better with age. He might too.

I didn't really have a problem with him in the movie. Being an offputting weirdo seemed appropriate for the role. But I agree with the rest of what you're saying.

I think the role was originally intended for David Bowie but unfortunate for us he passed away cause that would've been awesome.

Yeah, it looks like a Vulture tie in. I wonder if Sony is going to do all the origin stories for the Sinister Six so Spider Man 4 can be a cross over Spidey+2-3 Avengers vs Sinister Six.

War Machine, Spider Man, Blade vs Sinister Six? That would be enough to hook me in. Fuck I'd love to see the old War Machine/Blade cross overs vs SS, loved those stories.
