Plot: Dutch coach Thomas Rongen attempts the nearly impossible task of turning the American Samoa soccer team from perennial losers into winners. Inspired by the methods of the Jamaican bobsled team he turns to disgraced bobsled coach Irving "Blitzkrieg" Blitzer.
