Hell on Wheels (first two seasons, at least). -- It's a railroad western. Netflix has it. Production value is just top notch. The first two season story arc is also top notch. Plus it's got Colm Meany. S3+ it changes a little. They're still great, but probably not binge-fodder.

Jericho - even though it is older and was cut off before the story completed. I've watched it start to end twice now.
Lost if you only watch season 1.
Z Nation - First season was ok but the quality of acting went up as time went on. Yes it is a very goofy zombie series but it doesn't take itself very serious until the 3rd season. It's really well done considering it was meant as a parody of zombies
Dark Matter - Up and downs but solid science fiction 2 seasons are done season 3 coming up later this year.
The Walking Dead - If you want a longer series this one goes way up and way down. It has excellent weeks and what did I just watch weeks. You'd almost be better off if you skipped parts of the season including most of season 2.

As per the Black Mirror thread, don't binge unless you're ready to be in a depressed funk for a few days. Some of those episode can mess you up depending on your life circumstances.

Only show I've binged in a while was "Zoo", have to dismiss a few plot holes but the cast was fun and animals wrecking shit left and right.

Lot of great shows listed in this thread. This is one of my favorites and I feel is very underrated. The cast and writers are around the same age as me and the jokes seem like things my friends and I would make.

I would recommend Spartacus and Babylon 5. Baby5 is pretty dated visually but is probably the best sci Fi series ever made.
