I can see where James Gunn got most of his ideas for the Guardians movies. From an animated perspective. Obviously the content of comes from the comics.

Beta Ray Bill and his species being voiced by Irish is some funny shit.

This is one of the few animated series from Marvel that I've been able to enjoy. If there's one thing DC does miles better than Marvel it's their animated movies/series.

Marvel has always been pretty shit in the animated department. They will bang something good out once in awhile but they have been outclassed by DC since Batman: The Animated Series came out.
