All-star cast.

Episode one out now, it's a bit slow to start and the romance is full LOL DEI territory, but the agency stuff and the Belarus situation is interesting enough for me to keep watching.

Yes, two episodes are out. Amazing show. Amazing performance by the main character.

A really serious spy series. I loved it. The first episode was, indeed, a slow burn, but the pace and the tension ramps up in the second episode.

Not a drop of woke in the first two episodes. (yes, there is a interracial relationship, but it is just a black chick from Africa.)

Havent watched the show, responding only to this comment.

How does it make it less woke to portray an interracial relationship (white man + black woman, no less - the absolutely least plausible kind) because the character is supposed to be from Africa?

That doesnt make any sense. Geographic origin was never the issue

I watched both episodes. Other than thinking there was 0.0% chance Fassbender would even look at that woman much less fall in love to the point he'd jeopardize a career over it , the show was pretty good and a decent thriller.

Well it looks like I'm the only one still watching this turd. Unless there is some last minute flip that puts a bow on this , I'm just hate watching to have something to watch.

I'm planning to watch it, seems on its face to be a similar plot to "the Bureau" a French show about the DGSE which was excellent. I was waiting for the whole season to finish, and there's apparently one more episode.

You lost me at 'French' , read my parts referring to 'turd' and hate watch, but by all means, help yourself.

Season finale was tonight. Samia and Fassbender have no believable chemistry which makes it hard to motivate that part of the main plot, but the rest I thought was well done. I like slow burn character pieces, though. Enjoyed the season overall.

The next great spy series. Given the tension around Greenland, America is forced to send their best agent in. The agent unwittingly falls in love with one of his contacts. It was a torrid love affair, and it was forbidden....

That was as close as I could get to a black chic from Antarctica. Would I watch this, .......yes.
