As most musicians know, songs with a minor chord progression typically have a sad and dramatic feel. On the other hand, songs with major chord progression have the exact opposite. Major chords tend to invoke happiness and pleasure. Much has been written about it suggesting that major chords are more comfortable to the ear as most people are attuned to those sounds at a younger age.
