If we're going to have this discussion, what kind of scenario are we even talking about right now?
Are we talking about just a sudden cut of the supply chain, with the rural areas attempting to starve out the cities intentionally, even against their own economic interests?
Or are we talking something more of a brexit where the rural and and urban areas mutually decide to go their separate ways and see which one fairs better economically?
I'm far more interested in the latter discussion.
