Did you guys hear about this? A friend of mine turned me on to it. He explained it as "It's kind of like learning that the sky is really purple, not blue".

Supposedly a really good listen. I plan on listening to it some time this week.

Bloomberg did a huge write up on it, saying that it's extremely easy to follow, even for the everyday American that knows jack and shit about finances. Sounds like it's right up my alley, and should give me nightmares. Can't wait.

Yeah it was kind of alarming. Listening to Silva talk, if I didn't tell you he was a Fed employee you wouldn't have known that he didn't work for Goldman Sachs. But ultimately it was just confirmation of what we already knew was going on.

Interesting but no smoking gun. Much of it simply boils down to basically a few 100k government employees vs $100 billion company - IOW, a flawed system.The Giant Pool of Moneyabout the mortgage crisis is more damning and well worth a listen.
