Get a drill.

Make some holes.

Run some coax.

Give no fucks.

Not really an option or i would have gone that route, don't have that luxury due to the layout of my apartment.

I've done hdmi over cat6, works well.

I've tried those wireless hdmi units and they suck. Short range, anything in los destroys what little range it gets and issues with them dropping.

If you only need to mirror something you can look into sling box with Chromecast. There is a delay in control but works great.

Otherwise run a cable under a carpet or base board.

Thanks for the info, slingbox seems like a much better option.

We used one at work for a while. It works fine if you never have ANYTHING in it's line of sight. If it's view gets obstructed at all, it'll disconnect/go bonkers.

Here is the exact model we used:IOGear GUWAVKIT2

Having said all that, your model seems to be a bit more powerful so it may run a little bit better. We didn't have anything in LOS of ours so it worked fine 98% of the time and the picture looked good and there was no delay when moving the mouse/keyboard.
