    Look who came to say hello. 4-5 nice sized cobia about 1 meter each swimming with him, one had a jig in his mouth with the tag end tangled with the shark. jumped in and freed the shark, tried to hand wrastle the cobia but he had none of it and went berserk and took off.

    The yellowfin tuna have reached max size in my area. They don't get much above 8kg. Excellent for sushi nonetheless.

    They are one of my favorite fish to eat. Awesome fighters, quick growing, and one of the best looking fish as well in the sea. If you are putting bars of gold on the deck you are having a good day.

    South China Sea. The whole tuna is a small yellowfin. We ran out of cooler space and had to take the heads of kawa kawa (which we used for chum) to fit everything.

    The quota has been filled for the year, so all fish above 73 inches need to be released. If you land it quickly and swim the fish for long enough it can recover and swim away. Those markings are from the leader rubbing against the fish. We swam it for 20 minutes and it powered away just fine.

    I would advise people to buy a tux that fits. Fit is the most important factor in looking 'good'. If you get fat, get the tux taken out, lose weight, or buy a new one. Looking like a schlub defeats the entire purpose.
