That's not a fair comparison. I think Xevy posted that his 0.2.0 campaign run took him 31 hours as a quite seasoned PoE1 vet and I'm willing to guess had done the PoE2 campaign multiple times before that 31 hour mark. What's the objective way to normalize retention numbers?

My bad, I didn't think to check steam charts. I was inferring it from comparing it to PoE2's 0.1.0 launch. I've had to block so many tourist content creators from my youtube feed. I didn't have to do that at all for LE's release. It gave me the impression that nobody was playing it.

I think you're overestimating LE's potential. EHG doesn't have the marketing budget to pull casuals away from PoE2. Those people don't even know LE exists.
