Mine is a Sealy as well (not hybrid), I can't recall when I got mine but its gotta be over 10 years. I still sleep great on it but think it might be better to get something a little firmer.

I can't find the original post otherwise I would give credit where it's due I just got a desk chair with better lumbar support and seems to help, is the quality or firmness of a mattress a factor as well? I have had memory foam forever but think it is starting to forget lol

Interesting technology, never heard of that before. Some searching and it doesn't appear to be readily available up here in Canada, but to be honest anything invasive I tend to shy away from.

I could be wrong but I thought booze on an airplane was a bad mix, as you lose hydration in altitude? Booze definitely makes me sleepy though.

I was thinking about those, if I could actually sleep on a flight that would be gold.

On the lighter topic of sleep, anyone else have sleep apnea? My cpap was a game changer.
