My grandfather's neighbor had a stroke in his 60's. He was totally fine except he lost the ability to speak German (he grew up on an Army base). He could still read and write it, but couldn't read out loud or speak a single word. Then 10 years later he had another stroke, and was totally fine...

I'm going through this trying to replace a threshold piece between my hallway and recently-renovated bathroom. I took the new bare wood and the old threshold to a local paint store and they did a stain match. Even working with the owner with 30 years experience it still took 10 tries and a half...

Seems goofy, then. Properly managing a warehouse and inventory is definitely one of those skills of "you don't know till you know" importance. Presumably there's someone on staff that already knows how to run the sawmill part since they're doing it currently.

I was thinking the same. If it's anchored to the wall it might not tip over, but given that I'm certain those joints only use screws and not glue or mechanical joinery I suspect weight on the outside top corner would cause enough leveraged twisting in the structure to be dangerous.

My house is like this. I have one outlet in the laundry room, three of six in my bedroom, one in the master bathroom, my daughter's bedroom can lights, and a random outlet in the living room on one circuit. I have no idea how that's even fucking possible. I'm currently shopping for an...

A more efficient acquisition structure with some built-in predicates absolutely effects the amount of training required. This is the basis for your scoffing at the amount of training...

Right. Obviously you have to do your job and manage your own cash flow. No reason to give interest-free loans to the government to have them do it for you. Same goes for health insurance.
