I second Starting Strength. It'll teach you the big lifts correctly. It's also super basic so all you need is a rack and a barbell; no need to deal with any other shit at the gym. And really that's all you need to get strong and fit (plus a solid diet of course).

Saw this in theaters a couple weeks ago. I really enjoyed it. It had some good suspense when you're wondering if someone is or isn't there in the scene. It's not perfect, but I'd take more universal monster movies like this.
