The watcher's mod is only 5 charges per second due to the ICD. With that dps you won't notice it too often.

My issue with the chaos dungeon is that SG's answer to making them complex is just to have mobs that move out of attacks. They are just not fun. But, if one does any daily activity in the game the chaos dungeons are the most efficient/rewarding.

If they gave a game mode with increased loot I would come back. The grind to the point I was usually at each league got tiresome. The thought of having to do the campaign, again, and farm for a week to try the new endgame completely kills my motivation.
