Either PSN works differently in the EU, or they're one lawsuit away from changing the PSN in Europe then. European consumer laws give you 15 days to cancel any non-physical-store purchases, and "return the goods" for any reason and without a justification.

Can you get refunds on PS stuff like you do on Steam? Although if it was Steam, I suspect that they'd hide the "surprise" after just enough hours that it's too late for the refund policy to work.
