Yep, that is the route we took. From crawling to age 2 we'd set our ottoman in front of the staircase downstairs from the main level of our house, but that was about it. We didn't bother gating anything else off. We'd also keep bathroom doors closed, and bought little covers for the...

so 1080 compared to 980Ti: 29% faster at 1080p 34% faster at 1440p 34% faster at 4K Pretty nice. Can't wait to see what the 1070 looks like Even "just" ~35% performance increases over a 970 would put it squarely in the performance range between a 980 and 980Ti for presumably ~$350

This makes me happy Bautista is a little bitch. Got plunked earlier in the game as retaliation for his bat-flip shenanigans, and then to retaliate he almost tackles the 2nd baseman on a slide into the bag while the 2nd basemen is trying to turn a double-play. Thats a good way to break a...

Odds are, we'll see a 1080Ti probably Q1 of 2017, and it may be a pretty significant leap over the 980Ti...I mean, look at the jump from 980 to 980Ti, it was significant.

That chart that Mist posted of the OC'd 1080 had it at 63% faster than a stock 980ti I kinda think OC benchmarks are a tad ridiculous though, because they never compare OC to OC, they compare OC to other stock cards. Well, if you're going to OC your 1080, you'd probably OC a 980Ti, in which...

Too many size options and the costs would increase. We don't need TVs and monitors available in every 1-inch increment from 19 to 100+. Gotta draw the line somewhere, which seems to be every 2-3 inches until you get to about 35 then it goes in mostly 4-5 inch increments.

Yep, just make sure the 2 fans are both flowing the same way. One will pull air in, and the other blow air out. You don't want both pulling in, or both blowing out. Generally speaking, most fans blow out in the direction of the brand sticker, whichever side of the fan that is mounted on in...

Agreed. Is it the pump itself that is loud, or just the fans spinning up under heavy load? The H80i only has a radiator big enough for 1 fan on each side, so they typically have to run at a higher RPM than the H100i which has room for 2 fans on each side, but regardless I found the fans that...

I'm not a huge fan of lean meat(chicken) in the slow cooker, especially if it's breasts/white meat. Shit just gets so dry, and chicken doesn't seem to absorb surrounding liquids very well for additional flavor. I'm definitely more a fan of cooking something that has a nice layer of fat on it...

We make fish tacos quite a bit, honestly I usually just use any white fish filet (tilapia, cod, mahi mahi, etc) and just put a light rub of olive oil + taco seasoning on them and bake them in the oven. Super easy, and healthier than deep frying while still having a good amount of flavor.
