DH tanks will also be pretty gimp with only a limited number of talents available to them since they get most of them at 100+, so until Legion launches i wouldn't judge their tanking ability in hfc. edit: for clarity

is there any reason to not wear the 710 pvp gear for pve content at the moment? its super cheap and easy to get - 5 piece in around 4 hours, probably the best way to get DH armor quickly if you get into winning BGs.

At max level you can run timewalked dungeons for the marks that give you a 675 shield/sword. doing the weekly quest (if its up) has you run 5 dungeons and you get a random ilevel 700 from HFC normal and 500 badges (enough to fully kit yourself in 675 gear)
