I've been doing the 'spirit realm' endgame stuff. It has the usual oportunities for cool synergies which result in good natured cussing when the RNG doesn't give you the bits and bobs you need.

The combat has a nice feel. Good dickpunching action. The intro section is waaaay too long, but afterwards you do get a fairly wide choice of iron-man armor suits to select from and the variety in weapons and attacks seems decent. It reminds me of Jade Empire so far.

God damn it feels good to watch this. I liked that the krayt dragon was an acid spitter because that gave it a draconic 'breath weapon' without veering too far into force weirdness. Timothy Olyphant was pretty cool as well. Character suited him.

Had they just been able to have this as a PS5 launch title I would have actually grabbed a PS5 (or tried damn hard to do so). Even now with all the delays and especially with these reported performance issues I'm sad I won't be playing it on the latest hardware.
