Crawfish and shrimp take the same amount of effort. Rip the head, pinch the tail, pull. You get good at that shit when you go visit relatives in LA and the food is free for all. You only eat one or two meals of 3 shrimp before you learn.

He said rice was separate. He also said chicken wings, which I guess you could boil. We 100% boil Andouille sausage with our shrimp, crab, and crawfish every time. That is one of the best parts of the boil.
