I tried to anticipate AMD bouncing off of resistance at 108.4 last week, as I saw it do many times in the last week. Only this was the one time that it actually went past resistance. And my dumbass didn't use a stop. At the same time last Friday AM, Bank of America was preparing an upgrade...
Is this being seen as a sign that AMZN growth is slowing? Look at the stock price. $3,180? You spent all of that time trying to drive the brick and mortar stores out of business, and now you want to be one...
Thanks. We are all learning from each other.
There's nothing wrong with shorting, I don't do it like the hedge funds do. I short for like 10 minutes at a time. It really has no long term impact on the stock price. Long term, fundamentals>technicals. Best way to not have the stock price...
I like tipranks because I read the Analyst's track record. If a guy is top ranked, I listen. If he's just there to move the stock price temporarily, it will show also. Some of them, you'd do better to do the opposite.
Snicker all you want, but tipranks has made me 120% on some stocks in the...
Yet, Deere, like many companies, made improvements to operations and refinanced their debt at a lower rate. Analysts say it will go up another 18% in the next 12 months.

Simulated trades on Tesla today, shorting it. $5,300ish fake profit. Very easy to do on a red day. Eat my dick, Rangoth. Half a percent is the goal every day. Still long term in my swing trades, so practicing on the simulator.
I love how the media isn't reporting that the States that have been hit the hardest by covid also have rapidly declining rates of infection. They'll show you the hospitals, but those are lagging indicators. Look it up, every State that led the pack is much lower.

Been in NVDA long term, if this comes true, you'd hold it for five years.

Clarification:
Nobody is talking me out of BA, I've been in it since the 150s. Wynn is a stock that Cramer has been pushing on actionalerts. He feels that once covid is tamed, the strength of the balance sheet will take over. So those are long term for me.
The other travel stocks I bought...
Here is a link of the R1's per state. In a state like Louisiana, that got hit the hardest, it now has an R1 of .71, meaning cases are expected to decline. This is a joint study done by Yale, Harvard and Stanford. I don't see a lower R1 than now on the chart.

Right, but I'm looking at how fast delta fell off in the UK, India and how fast its falling in Florida. Hell, Cramer just said that one morning, the market is going to wake up and realize delta is whupped. And Gottlieb just said the infection rate is receding in 46 states...
Queen Cathie buys the weirdest stuff and at odd times. I'd never be able to stomach what she buys in my portfolio. She bought Coinbase all the way down from 470ish to 220, every damn day. She's been buying the stay at home stocks when no one wanted them. She literally does the opposite of...
Like I said, I don't want to be in late, and I think people will start catching on.

When I look at the travel companies on tipranks on those companies and the 90 day chart, I feel like they've fallen too far. I'll be holding them, there aren't too many companies that far off the price target any more. Maybe the Chinese stocks, but those are ignoring fundamentals. I feel like...
I may be too early, but I'm usually late. What if covid drops but people are afraid to travel? But when I see Cramer adding travel stocks to his portfolio, I am heartened.
I'm not suggesting anyone follow me into this trade. Its just a contrarian trade that I am choosing to make, because I...
I just saw Cramer added to Boeing and Wynn today to his action alerts portfolio. He said both of those stocks are ignoring the fundamentals and we are getting the quarter for "free". And also, he said that if BA passes in China, its gonna pop 50. I'm just gonna sit tight in my travel...
More on the covid decline not being reported on by the media. Since it gets more ratings, they focus on hospitalizations (which are a lagging indicator of covid). Gottlieb is the ex head of the FDA.
Cramer just said on actionalerts that IF this passes in China, stock should pop 50. I own it long term, but might be a trade.

AMD is dropping because they get their chips from TSM, and because Biden left Afghanistan, investors are afraid we won't protect Taiwan against China. Ugh.
If it gets that close, I just buy it. Its happened to me, I've missed trades over a few pennies, and stood to make more. Hell, I missed a trade off of AMD over three pennies that would've made me $300.
So now I just buy it.
If the infrastructure bill passes, buy those. I was in MLM for almost a year and had a 48% gain. I thought the run was over, so I sold last week. Nuecor he recommended in actionalerts, and its up 25 in like the last two months. I wish I bought more when he said to.
This is not a covid thread, or a politics thread, but you really can't be investing without bringing those up sometimes. They are inseperable at times.
