Well communication in these games isn't as important at high levels because map awareness is so good and you understand what each champion can do that you can preemptively prepare as the moment gets closer to happening.

The eastern kingdoms are totally her starter kit for learning to rule. It'll let her show up in Westeros and be all godly raining down fire and ruling in a way the people will fear her at first and be thankful she came once they realize she's awesome.

I -hate- smart cast. Makes it harder for me personally to land spells. I'd rather have a definitive "yes, i want to do this" with spells like Cassiopeia's Q. I know some players swear by it; in my case I need the extra control of non-smart cast. Makes life easier when I'm doing things...
