I suspect we are gonna get even more of a deep dive into the Mandalorian culture than we have to date from Clone Wars and Rebels. If we do go back to the High Republic for the next sequence of movies we will likely see Mandalorians as a problem for the Jedi to deal with.

I feel there is room for a good ARPG though... Personally I've never been able to deeply connect with Path of Exile and would very much enjoy some semi-mindless Diablo-type slaughter. I find myself again mourning Marvel Heroes which was always fun to come back to right after a big MCU movie hit.

The real kick in the balls is that they reuse the original background music and even the plot of the original pilot, just change it to make everyone incredibly stupid. This could only have been made by people who were very familiar with the source material and then chose to shit on it.

Well the military was also crashing as a result of the end of the war with Earth that had been building for ages. The war itself released all the pent up tension on both sides and allowed everyone the chance to refocus (plus most of the warmongering types got killed)
