Biggest problem with Blizz right now is they make a wonderful looking product with very weak game design. Their art department is bar none some of the best in the Industry still, but their game design is so dumbed down it just does not match the type of quality you are seeing on the screen...

I seriously doubt it. They pretty much told you why it failed in that first part. Too many disjointed teams, not enough direction, and my guess the MMO space starting to fail had a lot to do with it as well.
